Zuzegad

Pickle, A Common Man's Treasure Chest Of Flavour. How Many Of You Would Order Them Over The Internet? If You Aren't Amongst The Ones Who Would, I Bet You'll Change Your Mind In A While.

Considering I Had To Travel All The Way To Bangalore For This, I'll Safely Say These Pickles Were Worth The Trip.

@zuzegad Has Begun Crafting Prawn And Pork Pickles, The Sale Of Which Has Strongly Been Facilitated Via Forwarded Messages, The Cyber Word-Of-Mouth.

Here's What I Ordered:

Pork Pickle - Rs. 500 For 350g Jar.

They Also Have A Prawn Variant You Can Try.

I've Been Told That The Chilli Powder Employed In These Pickles Is Homemade And The Chillies Are Sundried For About A Week.

About The Pickle, I Felt These Pickles Would Go Well With Pretty Much Anything. Especially Since I Got A Mini-Leaflet From Zuze Where He Gives Ideas Of Dishes To Pair These Beauties With. Those Options Are All Amazing.

That Said, While It's Delightfully Spicy, I Felt The Vinegar To Be A Bit On The Liberal Side, And While I Enjoy The Tang It Releases, Most People Wouldn't Like Such A Strong Flavour As Vinegar Offers.

I've Tried This With A Combination of Curd Rice, Fried Idly's, And Even With Maggi. This Blended Well With Each Of Them.

If You're In Bangalore, His Pickles Are A Must Try🐼
