About

Method

Method, Bandra West. An Art Portfolio Smack In The Middle Of Uptown Bombay, Coupling Up As A Cafe. This Combines Mindfulness, A Vibe For Appreciation Of Contemporary Art And Some Elegantly Prepared Food To Boot. The Speciality Artisanal Coffee On Offer From @subkocoffee Is Worth A Strong Caffeinated Mention. This Aside, The Superb Baked Goods And The Plastic Free Status Of The Premises Make This Modestly Worthy And Promising.

Here’s What I Ordered:

1) Piccolo - Rs 262
2) Walnut Potica - Rs 215
3) Raw Mango Lemonade - Rs 285

The Piccolo Is A Little Glass Of Smooth Coffee That Combines Concentrated Drawn Espresso With Smooth Steamed Milk, Giving One The Best Of Both Worlds, a Commendable Strength Of Caffeine, And The Presence Of Latte, Without It Being In An Overwhelming Quantity. This Espresso Is A Medium Dark Roast And Should Be Tried Out Only By Serious Coffee Lovers.

Potica Is A Swirled Bundt Cake From Slovenia, Pronounced Paw-Tee-Tsaw, And Traditionally Baked With Nut Butter Around Easter Time. The Walnut Butter On Use Here Was Sumptuous And The Layers Clean. This Started To Dry Out After A While Though, And Would’ve Been Worlds Better If Served Warm.

The Raw Mango Lemonade Was Cool N Sour Raw Mango Fun, With An Obvious Usage Of Premium Raw Mango In Expert Measure. Slightly On The Pricier Side, Even Though I Loved This.
